The Music Ministry of Zion Chapel Missionary Baptist Church exists to glorify God, proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and help create an atmosphere where the congregation can experience meaningful and Spirit-filled worship. We believe that music is more than a part of the worship service—it is a ministry through which hearts can be encouraged, lives can be touched, and God can be glorified.

Through songs of praise, worship, hymns, spirituals, and other expressions of sacred music, our Music Ministry seeks to lead the congregation into the presence of God and communicate the message of hope, faith, salvation, and victory found in Jesus Christ. Every song we sing is an opportunity to minister to God’s people and prepare hearts to receive His Word.

Our desire is to develop worshipers who understand that musical ability is a gift from God and that ministry requires commitment, preparation, humility, unity, and a heart for service. Through rehearsals, worship services, special programs, and other ministry opportunities, we encourage each participant to grow both spiritually and musically while using their gifts for the glory of God.

Our Mission:
To glorify God through music and worship while using our God-given gifts to encourage the Body of Christ, proclaim the Gospel, and lead God’s people into meaningful worship.

To cultivate a Christ-centered and Spirit-led music ministry that demonstrates excellence, unity, spiritual maturity, and a genuine passion for worship.
